MAY SUPPER MENU

May Fika and Feast finish at home supper menu finds inspiration from the Ionian island of Corfu.
Order before 1700 on Thursday 13 May for free delivery in the Lewes area on
Saturday 15 May 1100-1300.

Time spent dreaming under ancient olive trees, that topple across the landscape and down towards the beautiful clear sea where the swallows dip and dive.

The food of Corfu is representative of much of Greece, but the dishes here are all favourites and have very specific links to time spent on the island, with stifado from the beautiful Agni Taverna and the portokalopita from the local bakery, though it’s not usually the only thing that leaves with us!

All packing is home compostable or widely recycled. Ingredients/allergens listed below.

Beef Stifado
Beef, baby shallot onions, onions, tomato, tomato puree (acidity regulator (citric acid), nutmeg, cinnamon stick, cloves, garlic, rosemary, extra-virgin olive oil, red wine, vinegar, black pepper, salt.

Greek potatoes
Potatoes, garlic, vegetable boulion (sea salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein, potato starch, palm oil, vegetables 8% (celery, onions, carrots, leeks) lactose, spices, (turmeric, white pepper, garlic, mace, nutmeg) parsley, lovage), olive oil, lemon juice, oregano dried, salt, black pepper, parsley.

Prasopita
Leeks, unsalted butter, salt, dill, parsley, mint, dried Greek oregano, nutmeg, black pepper, feta cheese, Gruyère, eggs, milk, filo pastry (Wheat flour, water, corn starch, humectant: glycerol, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, flour treatment agent: L-cystein).

Greek Salad
Tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, green pepper, dill, mint leaves, black olives (water, black olives, salt, stabiliser: ferrous gluconate), red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, feta cheese, dried oregano, lemon, salt, black pepper.

Portokalopita
