Slow cooked lamb shoulder with saffron, cumin and coriander. Served with flat bread, mint yoghurt and pomegranate seeds
Cauliflower baked with paprika, cumin and honey. Served with flatbread and mint yoghurt.

Sweet treat
Shortbread-style biscuits for a sweet treat, with Moroccan loose-leaf tea and fresh mint. 2 biscuits per portion and loose leaf tea, mint sprigs and sugar cubes.
